Turning down the New Year Noise

Okay it’s coming to the end of the year, we all know the drill. It’s that time where we are all surrounded by the same old messages encouraging us to start an unhealthy ‘quick fix’ diet, a workout regime that claims to drop a dress size in a week and set unrealistic new years resolutions, which lets be honest, are the same every year because we never achieved them last year. Blah blah blah ‘New Year New Me’? How ironic.
