Do I need to book?
All classes must be booked and paid for in advance as spaces are limited and provided on a first-come-first-served-basis.
Help! I need to cancel…
If you can no longer make a class, please ensure to cancel at least 4 hours prior to the class start time to allow for the spot to be filled, otherwise you will still be charged.
Are there modifications in classes?
Yes! Modifications are provided in all classes, though some are more-suited to those with yoga experience/a moderate fitness level. If you’re not sure what class is right for you, get in touch!
What should I wear?
Wear something that is comfortable for you to move freely in. Feel free to bring layers too!
Is there parking nearby?
There is free parking at both Verve Wellness and the Boathouse, Box End.
Can I buy sessions in bulk?
Yes, you can buy class passes for either 5 or 10 classes. They must be used 180 days after booking the first class.
I’ve never been to a class before…
No problem! All our classes are very friendly and welcoming, we are open to all. If you’re unsure if it’s for you, why not sign up to my newsletter to try your first class for free?
I have an injury, should I skip class?
If you’re unsure if you should attend, please pop me an email (lauren@laurenaimee.com). If you’re feeling okay to come to class, please let me know before class starts.
Do you offer recorded sessions?
Classes can also be live-streamed for those unable to make it to the studio but this must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the class time by emailing lauren@laurenaimee.com.
