bedford yoga workshops

Deepen your knowledge of yoga and advance your practice with one of Lauren Aimée’s Bedford yoga workshops, courses, or events.

Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught up in the rush. That’s why Lauren Aimée strives to create space for you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect—both with yourself and with a like-minded community. Our Bedford yoga workshops and events are an invitation to pause, move with intention, and find presence in the midst of it all.

Collaborating with incredible local practitioners, we offer a diverse range of experiences—cacao ceremonies, sound baths, day retreats, and so much more. Whether you’re seeking stillness, strength, or soulful connection, there’s something for everyone. No pressure, no expectations—just space to show up exactly as you are.

So, step onto the mat, exhale the weight of the day, and experience the magic that unfolds when you give yourself permission to just beI can’t wait to welcome you.

your yoga teacher

I’m Lauren Aimée, a yoga teacher and movement practitioner based in Bedfordshire, UK.

My classes are an open invitation to everyone. No matter who you are, this space is for you. Together, we’ll let go of the idea of what movement “should” look like and instead focus on how it feels within your body. I believe in celebrating the uniqueness of each of us—unlocking the freedom to move, explore, and take up space unapologetically. It’s about honouring the way your body moves and creating a practice that feels empowering and true to you.
