Bedford yoga classes
Lauren Aimée’s teaching style is an ever-evolving experience – no two classes are ever the same. Each session is infused with insightful spoken word, weaving intention into movement, inviting you to explore, play & express yourself freely. Lauren holds space for curiosity & creativity, guiding students to truly feel & understand their present experience. Knowing it’s not about perfecting the pose – it’s about deepening the connection to yourself, discovering what’s possible in each moment. And the magic doesn’t end when the class does, it extends beyond the mat, offering tools to navigate life with more presence, fluidity and self-trust.

Alongside classes and workshops, we also offer corporate classes, Chair Yoga sessions for the elderly, Children/Teen Yoga within schools and community classes for Bedford Borough Council. Yinyasa yoga classes
MONDAYS 7-8PM |VERVE WELLNESS

SUITABLE FOR: ALL LEVELS
A blend of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to promote a well-rounded practice. Classes include still yin postures to target the deeper connective tissues of the body and the flowy movements of vinyasa while connecting to the breath. This class is accessible to all including beginners.

SUITABLE FOR: intermediate
Shake off your day and move with intention in this dynamic 45-minute practice. This class is all about finding fluidity in movement, building heat, and releasing tension. Expect an uplifting sequence that strengthens, stretches, and grounds you. Perfect for when you need to shift stagnant energy.
Vinyasa yoga classes
Tuesdays 9:30am & 7:15pm | THE BOAT HOUSE

SUITABLE FOR: ALL LEVELS
Vinyasa is a breath-initiated practice.
We will move through our poses seamlessly working with our breath, finding stability within the body and peace within the mind. Class focus varies from deep stretching to balance but always incorporates breathwork.
Midday Alternation
Thursdays 12:15-1pm | VERVE WELLNESS

Alternating weeks of either Midday Motivate or Midday Rejuvenate. Motivate is an uplifting vinyasa flow, designed for those seeking motivation through joyful and playful movement whereas Rejuvenate is all about slow mindful movement, meditation and breathwork.
Empower Hour

Lauren Aimée’s signature class – an experience incorporating breath work to ground you, both strength and softness to empower you, & creativity to set you free. A dynamic vinyasa practice with opportunity for intuitive, free movement. Modifications are provided to suit any fitness level.
Slow Flow Sundays
SUNDAYS 9:30-10:30AM | THE BOAT HOUSE

A gentle vinyasa-style class overlooking the calming waters of the lake, and if the sun allows, perhaps the opportunity to take our practice outdoors. Enjoy a moment of bliss before the week starts again.
