In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented certain measures in line with government advice. 

  • Block 'markers' are laid out in the studio indicating where you should lay your mat, ensuring everyone is spaced out. When navigating the studio, please be mindful of others.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided and all visitors must use this or the hand washing facilities upon entering and exiting the studio.
  • Class numbers are currently limited to 10.
  • If you have your own mats and equipment, please bring them along, if not you are still able to borrow. 
  • All venues I teach at are regularly deep cleaned.
  • For the time-being, no cash is being accepted, therefore all payments must be received prior to the session.

In the case of a national lockdown or the re-introduction of tier restrictions, classes will be moved online through Microsoft Teams.

We pride ourselves on making movement accessible for all, for any age or ability, taking a functional approach to Yoga and understanding every body is different. If you have any specific requirements please do get in touch, or perhaps consider our One to One private sessions. 

Booking is mandatory as numbers are limited. If you can no longer make a class, please ensure to cancel at least 4 hours prior to the class start time to allow for the spot to be filled, otherwise you will still be charged. Classes can also be live-streamed for those unable to make it to the studio but must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the class time.

Alongside classes and workshops, Lauren Aimée also offer corporate classes, Chair Yoga sessions for the elderly, Children/Teen Yoga within schools and community classes for Bedford Borough Council. Yinyasa | Mondays 7-8pm

A blend of Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to promote a well-rounded practice. The class incorporates both the still yin postures to target the deeper connective tissues of the body and the flowy movements of vinyasa, connecting to the breath and moving in time with your inhales and exhales. This class is accessible to all including beginners.

Vinyasa | Tuesdays 9:30am & 7pm

Vinyasa is a breath-initiated practice. In this class we will connect various poses together in a sequence and move through them seamlessly, in time with our inhales & exhales, finding stability within the body and peace within the mind. Each vinyasa class will be varied, for example, sometimes focusing on deep stretch, and other times focusing on balance, however each class will incorporate meditation or breathwork to allow us to settle in to the moment, step out of our day, and on to the mat.

Midday Rejuvenate/Motivate | Thursdays 12:15-1pm

Alternating weeks of either Midday Motivate or Midday Rejuvenate.

Motivate is 45 minutes of uplifting vinyasa flow, designed for those seeking motivation through joyful and playful movement.

Rejuvenate is 45 minutes of rejuvenating slow flow and mindful movement, utilising the blissful benefits of meditation & breathwork to continue our week peacefully and calmly, resisting the urge to rush. 

Empower Hour | Thursdays 7-8pm

This is Lauren Aimée Yoga’s strongest class, and whilst it is on the more challenging side, lots of fun is had along the way! We occasionally work towards arm balances and inversions but the poses themselves aren’t what matters, what matters most is channeling this inner strength and feeling empowered as we try something new. Modifications are provided to suit any fitness level and the class is designed to leave you feeling inspired!

The Calm Collective | Fridays once a month 7:30-9pm

A monthly special class, providing you with the opportunity to completely wind down after the working week, full of nourishing yin postures, breath work and meditation, suitable for all levels.

Slow Flow Sundays | 9:30-10:30am

Enjoy the slowness of your Sunday by setting some time aside for gentle movement on your mat. Overlooking the calming waters of the lake, and if the sun allows, perhaps practising outside too. This class is absolutely accessible for beginners, as our slow flow classes to help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a vinyasa class. These Sunday mornings are the ideal way to enjoy the blissful quiet moments before the week commences again.
