Slow Flow x Yoga in the Jungle

A collaboration between Lauren Aimée Yoga & Nelly Mosa!
Ready for a little green therapy? 🌿🪴
Join us on Sunday 10th August at the beautiful Boathouse, Box End Park for a morning of movement, grounding, and growth – for both you and your soul.
Step into the jungle as we begin with an Earth Element Yoga practice 🌱 – an hour to root down, soften, and take up space with intention. Expect a slow, soulful flow designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, and the natural rhythms within.
Surrounded by lush, vibrant greenery from Nelly Mosa’s Pop-Up Jungle 🌿, this is more than a yoga class – it’s a sensory, earthy escape. Let the plants hold you as you pause, breathe, and come home to yourself.
And the best bit, you can take a plant pal home with you to keep the vibes growing 🌵✨
This is your sign to treat yourself – to stillness, to softness, to soul-deep connection. 🌾💚
Limited spaces available – book early to secure your spot in this jungle-inspired soul reset. 🌿

Calm Collective Collaboration

Join us for the return of the very special Calm Collective Collaboration between Lauren Aimée and the lovely Danielle from Cox Salon. As always, we’ll be under the soft glow of the fairy lights, immersed in the scent of incense and a custom essential oil blend swirling through the diffuser.
Each one of these evenings is a little different, yet Danielle will be offering her expertise in her signature guided self-massage, incorporating carefully selected oils to soothe the body and calm the nervous system. In addition, Dani will be offering hands-on assists during the practice — gentle, intuitive touch to help you soften, release, and sink deeper into each shape. There may also be moments of duo assists from both Dani and Lauren, working together to support and carry you through the practice with presence and care.
Each event brings a new theme for us to explore as we softly dive into our inner sanctuary within — quietening the external noise and creating space to truly rest. Without expectation and with minimal effort, we invite you to land fully on the mat and let yourself be held.
On arrival, ground yourself with a warm herbal tea. After the practice, linger a little — there’s no need to rush away. These evenings are yours to cherish, to soften, and to come home to yourself.
Backbend Workshop

Backbends are a beautiful, invigorating practice, they allow us to find freedom in the body but we understand it’s common to fear these kind of shapes. For some of us they might feel quite comfortable in our bodies, but we need more core awareness, for others we might feel quite restricted in that direction of motion, but perhaps its us that could really benefit from back bending.
he first hour of the practice will be dedicated to preparing the heart space to open, perhaps even using a little eucalyptus oil to help create a sense of expansion. You can expect shoulder and spinal mobility, creative sequencing combining moments of strength as well as deep stretch and after a short break, the second hour will be dedicated to exploring certain shapes more closely.
