Inversion Workshop with Eimear!

Inversions are fun and exciting poses 🤸♀️✨ – but they can also feel scary and challenging to master without the right understanding. In this 2 hour inversion workshop, Eimear will introduce her Progressive Inversion Method for unlocking balance in headstand, forearm stand and handstand.
If you’ve ever felt frustrated or afraid of going upside down, wondering why it feels easy for others but not for you – this is the workshop for you!
You’ll begin by moving through targeted strength, mobility and flexibility exercises 🔥 to prepare the body for inversions. From there, Eimear will break down her technique step by step, with progressions and more advanced options available for those already finding balance.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore how to work with your body, not against it – building confidence, control and understanding at your own pace.
Whether you’re completely new or more experienced, expect to work hard, learn a lot and have a lot of fun along the way! ✨

Touch & Trust: A Hands-on Assists Yoga Workshop

Deepen your practice. Expand your awareness. Surrender to support ✨🌱
Join Lauren Aimée for a specially curated workshop experience; Touch & Trust, a two-hour exploration of assisted touch in yoga. This workshop is designed to enhance your experience on the mat through both self-touch and hands-on assists.
Through this experience, you’ll be able to dive into each shape even more, investigating what it has to offer in that particular moment, and experience alignment, expansion and release in a whole new way. You’ll develop greater proprioception and understand where your body is in space, for greater ease and confidence in movement. We shall move with complete awareness, cultivating a presence unlike any other through subtle, yet powerful guidance.
Spoken word will weave through the flow, offering poetic reflections to anchor you in the present moment. The words will effortlessly move alongside breath and touch, making this not just a practice of movement – but one that nourishes the soul.
Expect a practice rooted in consent, trust, and intuitive touch, ensuring every assist is supportive, safe, and attuned to your needs. We promise that this workshop will leave you feeling more connected – to your body, your breath, and the magic of movement.
Due to the nature of this workshop, some previous yoga experience is advised, as Lauren will spend less time demonstrating the shapes, but more time guiding you, through insightful spoken word, and assisted touch.
Cacao Ceremony with Rebecca

As the year unfolds, you’re invited to step into a series of intimate Shamanic Cacao Ceremonies, each one intentionally aligned with the unique energy of the season it falls within ❤️
Though shared under one offering, every ceremony stands alone – a sacred pause in time, shaped by where we are in the year and what is asking to be felt, released, or called in. Through the gentle yet powerful medicine of ceremonial cacao, we gather to slow down, soften inward, and open the heart. These ceremonies offer space for reflection, renewal and reconnection – an opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are, and to move forward with clarity, presence and intention.
Each date carries its own seasonal flavour:
❄️ 1st February invites gentle awakening, self-compassion and the stirring of new intentions.
🌸 26th April holds the energy of renewal and growth, shedding old layers and nurturing what’s beginning to bloom.
🍂 25th October offers deep grounding and release, supporting you as you harvest wisdom and prepare to let go.
Every ceremony follows a thoughtfully held flow, allowing you to feel safe, supported and guided throughout:
– A spacious settling-in, with an introduction to cacao for those meeting the medicine for the first time
– A gentle sharing circle to voice intentions (even if that’s simply curiosity!)
– A supportive card pull to anchor your intention
– An extended, immersive guided meditation led by Rebecca
– Time to journal and integrate as we slowly rise from meditation
– A closing card pull and sharing circle, reflecting on what you’re taking forward before gently returning to the world around you
As the event draws to a close, there will be the option to purchase ceremonial cacao to take home, along with a small selection of additional goodies. Please note: cash is preferred for any purchases.
Spaces are intentionally limited to honour the intimacy of this work 🙏
Keen Bean pricing is available for each ceremony until two weeks prior, with only six discounted spaces released per date.
You’re invited to bring along your favourite mug, a journal and pen, and an open heart ❤️
✨ The way we meet each season shapes the way we move through our lives – come and sit in ceremony, exactly as you are ✨
Calm Collective Collaboration

The Calm Collective Collaboration is a lovingly curated evening bringing together Lauren Aimée and Danielle Cox Wellbeing – a meeting of two passions, devoted to bringing you an evening of calm ✨
Set beneath the soft glow of fairy lights, surrounded by the gentle scent of incense and a bespoke essential oil blend, we create a space that feels deeply held and intentionally soothing. Cocooned in bolsters and blankets, Lauren uses poetic spoken word to guide you through a slow, nourishing yin yoga practice, while Danielle weaves in the ritual of self-massage – offering another layer of sensory grounding and care.
Throughout the evening, there are gentle moments where assisted touch is available within some of the postures, should you wish to receive it. Every element is offered with consent, presence and softness, allowing you to choose how deeply you meet the experience.
You’ll be welcomed with a grounding herbal tea on arrival, and after the practice there is no rush to re-enter the world. These Friday nights are designed to be lingered in & cherished – an invitation to soften, to receive, and to come home to yourself, supported by the combined magic of two passions working in harmony 🫶🏻
2026 DATES:
Friday 27th February – a self-love special
Friday 27th November
Backbend Workshop

Backbends are a beautiful, invigorating practice, they allow us to find freedom in the body but we understand it’s common to fear these kind of shapes. For some of us they might feel quite comfortable in our bodies, but we need more core awareness, for others we might feel quite restricted in that direction of motion, but perhaps its us that could really benefit from back bending.
he first hour of the practice will be dedicated to preparing the heart space to open, perhaps even using a little eucalyptus oil to help create a sense of expansion. You can expect shoulder and spinal mobility, creative sequencing combining moments of strength as well as deep stretch and after a short break, the second hour will be dedicated to exploring certain shapes more closely.
