Teen Yoga Mini Retreat!
During the Easter break, we will gather in the beautiful Verve Wellness Studio, for 2 hours of mindful yoga, card readings and essential oil creations! This is a wonderful opportunity for teens to take the time out of their busy social lives and hectic school timetables to focus on themselves.
The Yogance Playshop!
Join us for an afternoon of soft silky movement, learning a creative sequence to music, combining the many beautiful elements of yoga and dance in one magical event!
Female Form Painting Workshop!
Join Natalie, a local and upcoming Bedfordshire artist, for a 2 hour mindful art workshop, inspired by the calming surroundings of Box End Park, turning our yoga studio into an artist’s workshop!
Sound Bath Ceremony
Join London-based artist Lilita as she delivers us a soothing sound bath ceremony to help us unwind and soften. Accompanied by her arrangement of singing bowls and her angelic voice, she will guide you through a meditation, allowing you to arrive deeply in to your being, before transporting you through sound.

Lauren Aimée strives to provide a safe space for teens to learn more about themselves, appreciate who they are and grow as individuals, as well as building bonds with like minded teens in the room.

Yoga in the Jungle!
Head on down to Nelly Mosa, a beautiful plant filled haven on Castle Road, where we’ll create a cosy little nest amongst the glorious array of plants, and move through an hour’s vinyasa practice, including a transformative meditation & invigorating breath work.
