A monthly event dedicated to finding peace and tranquility amongst the busy-ness of life...

The Calm Collective is held on the 4th Friday of every month at the gorgeous Verve Wellness Studio within Bedford Heights. On these Friday nights, we gather under the soft glow of the fairy lights, alongside bolsters and blankets galore as our senses become ignited by the scent of incense burning and a special essential oil blend in the diffuser, subtly supporting the body as we drift through 90 minutes of restorative yin yoga.

The sequence is carefully laid out, incorporating guided meditation, breathwork and a series of nourishing poses, working towards the deeper layers of connective tissues, promoting mobility and flexibility.

As soon as you enter the space, you are invited to ground yourself with a herbal tea, and settle in for a night of transformative yoga. Afterwards, there is no need to rush and leave the space, but rather gently integrate the lessons and healing that has taken place. 

These Friday nights are truly a night to cherish and come home to yourself.

Keep a close eye out for the Calm Collective Collaboration, where Lauren Aimée and Danielle Cox (from Cox Salon) come together to hold space for whoever feels called to join us, for an extra special night of bliss. Combining yoga and assisted touch, you are invited to sink in to the mat and deeply rest.
