BEGINNERS COURSE!

Start your yoga journey in our first ever specially curated course!

Looking to start yoga but aren’t sure where to begin? Worried you aren’t flexible enough? Or don’t have the time? Let us answer all those questions for you, and welcome you to this 6 week Beginners and Improvers course! No matter where you are in your yoga journey, whether you have no idea what a down dog is, or are curious to learn more about the philosophy our yoga practice is rooted in, join us this January in Lauren Aimée’s specifically curated course.

We’ll go right back to basics and take things at a steady pace, where you are free to arrive just as you are, with absolutely zero previous experience needed. Join us in our cosy studio overlooking the lake, where everyone gathers to support one another, take time for themselves and leave outside pressures and responsibilities at the door.

There can sometimes be a lot of worry with starting a class as a beginner, for instance we may feel as though we already need to be flexible, or we won’t know anyone there, but the beautiful thing about yoga is that we all come together, and discover the physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits that are so entwined together. Here we can enjoy being a beginner, and take that first step towards something truly wonderful.
