Bloom & Breathe is an invitation to move through spring softly, to shed the weight of your winter coat and reconnect with what feels ready to grow âš This spring yoga day retreat is about slowing down, nourishing your nervous system, and taking aligned, inspired action from a place of steadiness rather than pressure.
Weâll be joined by Lana from The Petal Home for a guided bouquet-making workshop đ During this session, youâll explore colour, texture and scent while learning to craft a beautifully balanced bouquet to take home â something tangible to honour the season and the seeds youâre planting.
From there, you can expect an expansive yoga practice designed to create space in the body and clarity in the mind. This will be followed by a delicious seasonal lunch â hopefully enjoyed outside, drenched in sunlight âïž
The afternoon invites you inward through tension-release rituals and guided practices to soften whatâs been held and make space for whatâs emerging. Weâll close our yoga day retreat with a final settling practice that stays with you long after youâve rolled up your mat and drifted home đ€
