Book yourself in for a class or two!

HOW TO BOOK:

New Customers:

  1. If you’d like to purchase a Class Pass, select the Class Pass tab.
  2. Select the class pass you’d like to purchase and click ‘view selections’
  3. You’ll be instructed to book your first class at the same time as purchasing a pass, select a ticket according to the class time and style you’d like to participate in.
  4. Click ‘view selections’
  5. Fill out the relevant booking fields, being sure to tick the box confirming you agree to pay later via bank transfer.
  6. Continue until you see a green box with a booking confirmation reference, the same reference will be sent to your email.
  7. Create a password for ease when making future bookings.
  8. If you are purchasing a drop-in ticket, follow from step 3 onwards.

Returning Customers:

  1. Be sure to login first to your account so any class pass details are added.
  2. Select the drop-in class time and style you’d like to book and click ‘view selections’
  3. Fill out the relevant booking fields, being sure to tick the box confirming you agree to pay later via bank transfer.
  4. Continue until you see a green box with a booking confirmation reference, the same reference will be sent to your email.
  5. If you need to renew your class pass, go to the class passes tab, if you aren’t sure how many credits you have left, click ‘view bookings’ after you have logged in.

ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Verve Wellness Studio, Bedford Heights, Manton Ln, Bedford MK41 7BJ

  • When heading to Verve Wellness Studio, be sure to head towards Pure Gym on Manton Lane rather than the main Bedford Heights entrance.
  • The studio entrance is located to the left of Pure Gym, the door is locked however from 15minutes prior to the class start time I will be waiting to let people in. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes.
  • Plenty of parking is available either on the road or in the deliveries car park slightly further up Manton Lane.

The Yoga Room within The Fitness Collective, Dane Street, Bedford, MK40 1AH

  • When arriving on to Dane Street you’ll see two brown double doors with a buzzer to the left. Press the buzzer and you’ll be let in, from there head all the way up the stairs to the gym floor where you’ll be greeted and shown to the studio.
  • Parking free on St Loyes Street from 6pm onwards, or there are many multi-story carparks just a short distance away, e.g. Lurke Street, Queen Street and All Hallows. 

During these uncertain times, I am following the British Wheel of Yoga's advice closely, as they are the national governing body for yoga in England, and I am keeping up to date on all government announcements. In light of this, I have listed what measures I have implemented to ensure your safety.

  • Block 'markers' are laid out in the studio indicating where you should lay your mat, ensuring everyone is spaced out at at least 2 metres. When navigating the studio, please be mindful of others and maintain a distance.
  • Hand sanitiser is provided and all visitors must use this or the hand washing facilities upon entering and exiting the studio.
  • Class numbers are currently limited to 10.
  • If you have your own mats and equipment, please bring them along, if not you are still able to borrow. 
  • All venues I teach at are regularly deep cleaned.
  • If you start to show symptoms, please refrain from coming to the class.
  • For the time-being, no cash is being accepted, therefore all payments must be received prior to the session.

In the case of a national lockdown or further tier restrictions, classes will be moved online through Microsoft Teams.
